Buyer and Seller enter into a Lease Purchase. or Seller Finance agreement, with terms agreeable to both parties.
Down payment and monthly payments are determined at this time. As a rule- 3-10% down will usually get it done.
Buyer moves into their new dream home, while we work with them to get them approved for permanent financing.
While many of our homes are brand new custom construction, we do get offerings from sellers who wish to participate in this program with established homes for re-sale. You will see homes on this site in all price ranges and locations.
Also- While all of our homes are available via a great lease purchase program, many properties are also available via other seller-financing programs- which will result in great tax benefits for you, the buyer. Be sure to note those homes which state Possible No-Qualifying Seller Finance w/ Tax Credits.
